Did you know that your private medical file can be used against you to raise your insurance rates or in some cases and countries to lose your job? We take your privacy very seriously and by using these payment methods and the way in which we use them your bank does not directly get charged from our pharmacy. This way your medical needs stay as private as possible.

You will also receive a complete invoice in your email with payment totals and simple payment instructions toward the bottom of the email should you wish to pay at a later convenience.

IMPORTANT: If you need to make some changes in regards an existing order, contact us within 24 hours, otherwise, Mexican Pharm is not liable due to errors on customer’s information or products presentation. 

Shipping Methods.

To ensure the delivery of your order we handle EXPRESS SHIPPING only. Signature is required.
Tracking numbers for all orders will be sent with instructions once shipped.

How long does it take to ship the drugs to my home or office?

• Express USA time frame: 10-21 business days.   ($24.95 USD Signature required)
• Express World Wide time frame: 15-30 business days.  ($39.95 USD Signature required)

We reply promptly to your enquiries and requests emails, but are too busy to repeatedly resend email that customers do not receive because our replies have been moved to a customers’ Spam, Junk or Bulk email folder.

Our team endeavors to process all orders and ship within 72 business hours. All credit card and electronic check payments for your mexicanpharm take 24 to 48 hours to be approved by our Payment Processor; upon verification your order will be processed. If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you, so please ensure the email address and phone number you provide is correct, and that any spam filtering software you use accepts email from www.mexicanpharm.com

Express Shipping.
We offer Mex Post Express Shipping as an option. This option costs from $24.95 depending on the quantity of medications in your order (up to 9 medications). This option requires a customer signature on delivery. For all other locations Express Shipping is $39.95. All packages are shipped in plain packaging to guarantee your privacy. All packages are sent by parcel express mail from Mexico. Some parcels require a signature upon delivery at our discretion. There are no other handling fees, drug dispensing fees, or Mexican customs charges. If two or more people are ordering their prescription drugs from the same address at the same time, you will be billed for only one shipping charge from our Mexico pharmacy, up to our maximum order quantities limited by customs to 90 day supply. We are able to provide a tracking number on your express shipping parcels. If after 30 business days your order has not arrived, first check with your local postal office to ensure that your package is not being held for pick-up. If you still have problems, please contact us by email and we will attempt to assist you.

Notice Left
If no one is at home at the time of delivery, the status of you order on the Postal System will be updated to “Notice Left” which means USPS attempted to deliver your item and a notice was left because an authorized recipient was not available. You may arrange redelivery by visiting or calling 800-ASK-USPS, or may pick up the item at the Post Office indicated on the notice. If this item is unclaimed after five days then it will be returned to the sender. You can pay for reshipping $24.95 in order to receive a new tracking number. (Reshipping will be issued until the package is received back in our offices).

Holidays
Note that on Holidays season, the Mexican Postal, USA and other countries will be extra busy; therefore a delay is expected in packages shipped during this season. You will need to consider as well the Mexican holidays. We appreciate your understanding, our customer service will be happy to assist you and available to inform you the latest status on your existing order shipped, you can always contact us at Toll Free number or email address.

Order Cancellation
Due to our policy of same day payment processing, ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED.

Returns
Due to government regulations and the possibility of tampering with medications, returns cannot be accepted. In case your package is returned due to no one was available to sign for it. You can pay for reshipping $24.95 in order to receive a new tracking number. (Reshipping will be issued until the package is received back in our offices).

What is the difference between a generic and brand name drug?
